How to Change Windows Experience Index (WEI) in Windows 7

1. Open Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore folder.

2. Now Copy the 2012-11-26 20.47.46.774 Formal.Assessment (Initial).WinSAT.xml file
    and copy this on desktop 
3. Now open this into wordpad and press ctrl+f

4. Enter SystemScore And Edit This Score 
    You Can Fill This 7.9 or 9.9  And Press Ctrl+s For save
5. Now open Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore folder. and delete
    2012-11-26 20.47.46.774 Formal.Assessment (Initial).WinSAT.xml file
    and paste ur File That u make and now Your Rating is Changed
